0.0.2 patch notes

Hey y'all, did a few tweaks here and there. Notable changes:

- Combos have been fully explained & implemented with their interractions with various rules clarified & specified

- Throwing has been made a lil' less OP

- Clarified that prone dolls cannot take actions or interfere with other dolls' actions
